These terms apply when you use bucketofbooks.in or buy a book from Bucket of Books, the online store of author Yash Baldaniya. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who can buy
Bucket of Books is available to readers in India only. You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site with a parent or guardian.
Our books
We sell eBooks in PDF format. We do not sell printed books. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
Orders and payment
You do not need an account to buy. Please give a correct name, email, mobile number and billing address, because your book, your invoice and your access all depend on them.
Payments are processed by Cashfree, our payment partner, using UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets. We never see or store your card or bank details. An order is confirmed only when the payment succeeds.
We may cancel an order and return your payment if a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud.
Delivery and downloads
Your book is delivered digitally, as explained in our Delivery Policy. Each book can be downloaded up to 5 times, or another limit shown when you buy. If you reach the limit, contact us and we will help.
Your licence
When you buy a book, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it. You do not own the copyright. Each copy is personalised with your name, email and order number.
You must not copy, share, resell, upload or publicly distribute a book, in whole or in part. If you do, we may revoke your access without a refund and take legal action.
Refunds
Refunds are given only in the situation described in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
Copyright
All books, text, designs and logos on this site belong to Bucket of Books or Yash Baldaniya and are protected by copyright law.
Educational content only
Our books and site are for education. Nothing here is investment, tax or legal advice. Yash Baldaniya is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Results depend on your own decisions and circumstances, and we promise no particular financial outcome. Please consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that book. We are not liable for indirect losses, including any financial loss from decisions you make after reading our books.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
